Project history: Former German minesweepers of M1916 type, bought by Yugoslavia 20.7.1921 without armament.

Modernizations: None.

Naval service: Kobac, Labud, Orao, Sokol were captured by Italian troops at Split 10.4.1941, Galeb and Jastreb were captured at Kotor 17.4.1941. All 6 ships were commissioned by Italian Navy as Unie, Zuri (later Oriole), Vergada, Eso, Selve and Zirona. Zirona 25.11.1941 was damaged by British aircraft and ran aground at Bengasi. Selve was sunk in the same place by British aircraft 6.11.1942. Eso was sunk 19.1.1943 by British torpedo bomber at Djerba. Unie was sunk by American aircraft at Bizerte 30.1.1943. Oriole was scuttled at Augusta 10.7.1943. Vergada was returned to Yugoslavian Government in exile 7.12.1943, after war as Pionir, later Zelengora she served till 1962.
