Project history: Former Indian 'Flower' class corvettes, returned to RN in 1947 and immediately to Royal Thai Navy.
Modernizations: 1960s, Bangpakong: - 1 x 1 - 102/45, 1 x 24 - 178 Hedgehog ASWRL, 2 DCR; + 1 x 1 - 76/50 Mk 22, 1 x 1 - 40/60 Mk 3, 2 x 1 - 20/70 Mk 7
Naval service: Since 1970s Bangpakong used as TS. Prasae served in the Korean war, 7.1.1951 she was beached on the East coast of Korea during snowstorm and scuttled after unsuccessful attempts to raise her.
