Project history: Small low-board torpedo boats for coastal waters: some kind of returning to the ships of the end of XIX century, but on new technological level. At low price they differed by low speed and seaworthiness, therefore actually they were patrols with torpedo armament. Despite modest characteristics, ships served almost 40 years. Moreover: in 1957-1958 in Bangkok the fourth ships of given class, Sattahip, was built.

Modernizations: 1960s, all: - 1 x 1 - 20/65

Naval service: No significant events.
