Project history: Advanced Hajen class in which for the account of slightly increased dimensions fuel stowage and surface endurance were increased. They become outdated to the beginning of WW II.

Modernizations: none.

Naval service: Illern was lost 12.8.1943 as a result of collision with m/s Birkaland in Kalmar straight, salvaged 1.9.1943 but never repaired and sold for BU in 1944.

Uttern 1921
