Project history: Small wooden-hulled launches, differed mainly with type of
installed petrol engines. Presumably, they were bought by
Republican fleet at private boatbuididers of the USA and France in 1937-1938 and were armed in Spain.
They received index DAR with two digits (the first digit designated a boat serial number, second the flotilla number).
After 1939 survived DAR boats were commissioned by Nationalists and
received new indexes LAS.
Modernizations: None.
Naval service: No significant events.
