Project history: Development of  SB-30 project. The basic difference consisted in the immovable conning tower mounted on 750mm tube, reduction of armour thickness and using of less powerful diesels. Thanks to increased length it was possible to moderate draught.

Ship protection: Hull had only bulletproof protection, turret and CT were protected by 30mm armour.

Modernizations: 1940, all: - 1 x 1 - 45/43; + 1 x 2 - 45/43 41K, 1 x 4 - 7.6/94.
