Project history: Armed steamship for Amur flotilla. 4.9.1918 Silny was captured by Japanese and withdrawn to Sakhalin, 1.5.1925 she was returned, 12.1.1926 converted to minelayer.

Modernizations: 1930s: - 1 x 1 - 76/28, 3 x 1 - 7.6/94; + 3 x 1 - 45/43 21K, 2 x 4 - 7.6/94
