Project history: Improved Abo class, differing mainly in TE engines.

Modernizations: 1899-1902, ¹261, 262, 264-266: were converted to oil fuel

Naval service: Nos 262, 263 and 266 were in December 1917 again included to the lists of Red Navy but 1.5.1918 they were captured by German troops at Sevastopol. Later they were re-captured by British-French troops and demolished by them.
