Project history: Ordered in November 1916 from the Naval-Russud Yd, Nikolayev instead of a dozen 500t torpedo-boats which had been authorised under the 1915 Emergencv Programme for the Black Sea Fleet. Four cancelled on 14 October 1917 while some of the remaining were laid down that month but their construction was abandoned after the Bolshevik Revolution.
