Project history: Two-funnel boat similar to the French Dragon class. One TT was fixed in the bows, and two were in single training mountings located between the funnels and aft.

Modernizations: 1899: boilers was replaced by Yarrow

Naval service: No103 was captured 21.4.1918 by Finnish troops.
