Project history: Two-funnel boat similar to the French Dragon class. One TT was fixed in the bows, and two were in single training mountings located between the funnels and aft.

Modernizations: 1911, ¹211: - 2 x 1 - 381 TT; + 2 x 1 - 47/40 Hotchkiss

Naval service: No 208 was mined 13.7.1904 off Skryplev Is near Vladivostok.
