Project history: Former Romanian destroyers Mărăşti and Mărăşeşti. 5.9.1944 they were captured by Soviet troops at Constanza and 14.9.1944 commissioned by Black Sea Fleet as Lovkiy and Liogkiy. Because of accident real speed of former ship did not exceed 22kts.

Modernizations: None.

Naval service: 12.10.1945 both ships were returned to Romania, renamed in D11 and D12, and served till mid-1950s.
