Project history: Similar to Osyotr class destroyers built in France, differed by presence of mine rails on a shelterdeck that has finished stability dangerous limits. Rated as torpedo boats, since September, 1907 as destroyers.
Modernizations: 1912, Leytenant Burakov; 1914, Iskusnyy: - 2 x 1 - 450 TT
1913, all except Leytenant Burakov: - 4 x 1 - 7.6/94; + 10 mines
Naval service: Leytenant Burakov 30.7.1917 was mined and has sunk off Ledzund (Gulf of Riga). Letuchiy and Ispolnitelny, passing to minelaying operation, have got to a storm, overturned and sank in Gulf of Finland 12.12.1914.
