Project history: Three small masts and two funnels abreast. The TT were fixed in the bows.

Modernizations: 1910: - 2 - 381 TT; + 1 x 1 - 7.6/94, mechanical minesweeping gear

Naval service: TB No255 was stricken in 1907 but in July 1915 commissioned again as minesweeper (really converted to minesweeper in 1910), in October 1916 reclassified as despatch vessel. 1.5.1918 she was captured by German troops at Sevastopol.
