Project history: Zabiyaka was laid down as merchant vessel, purchased on the stocks and completed as a clipper (sloop by international classification).
Modernizations: 1890s: - 4 x 1 - 44/41; + 4 x 1 - 47/40 Hotchkiss
Naval service: Zabiyaka was sunk on shallow water 25.10.1904 in harbour of Port Arthur by shells of Japanese siege artillery. She was additionally exploded by crew by night 1-2.1.1905 before capitulation of Port Arthur, later salvaged by Japanese and broken up.
