Project history: Ex-USN submarine, received by RN on lend-lease, in turn, 4.11.1941 transferred to Polish Navy.
Modernizations: None.
Naval service: Jastrząb was erroneously sunk 2.5.1942 in the North Sea by British minesweeper Seagull and Norwegian destroyer St. Albans.
