Project history: Enlarged variant of Varg class, had bad seaworthiness and insignificant endurance, but served very long.

Modernizations: 1931, Lyn, Blink: - 1 - 450 TT, 1 x 1 - 450 TT; + 1 x 1 - 37/45 Hotchkiss

Naval service: Blink and Lyn were converted to patrols in 1931. Blink and Lyn were captured by German troops at Kristiansand 11.4.1940 and were commissioned by Germans under numbers KT4 and KT3 respectively. In May, 1945 both were returned to Norway and immediately scrapped.
