Project history: Hay-Denny design, drawings were received from Wm Denny and Bros in 1914. In connection with the First World War beginning, MAN refused to deliver 900hp diesels which should be changed with less powerful Sulzers. Saddle-tank hull.

Modernizations: late 1920s, all: + 1 x 1 - 12.7/90

Naval service: K VII 18.2.1942 was sunk by Japanese aircraft in harbour of Surabaya.
