Naval service: Early 1945 Johan Maurits van Nassau was returned to the Great Britain, but after end of war she was redeemed by the Netherlands and transferred for fishery protection duties. In 1951-1953 the ship participated in war in Korea and then she was used as gunnery drill ship.
