Project history: Former USN Allen M. Sumner class destroyers, modernized under the FRAM II programme in 1960s. Hangar and flight deck, previously for DASH drone, were later converted to carry Alouette III helicopter.

Modernizations: 1976, Incheon: + 1 x 3 - 20/76 Sea Vulcan

1978, both: + Alouette III helicopter (hangar and flight deck were widened and strengthened)

1978-1979, both: + 2 x 2 Harpoon SSM (4 RGM-84)

early 1980s, both: + 2 x 2 - 40/60 Mk 1

Naval service: No significant events.
