Project history: Former Chinese torpedo launch of battleship Chen Yuen. 5.1.1895 she collided with TS Wei Yuen and foundered off Wei-Hai-Wei. Later she was salvaged by Japanese and commissioned by IJN as 3 class torpedo boat.
