Project history: Can be used as minesweepers.
Modernizations: None.
Naval service: Durazzo was sunk by British submarine Safari 22.7.1943 E of Corsica. Fasana was captured by German troops at Trieste 10.9.1943, scuttled by them 2.5.1945 off Tagliamento, raised in July, 1945 and repaired. Buccari and Pelagosa were scuttled by own crews in September, 1943 at La Spezia and Genoa respectively.
