Project history: Ex-French destroyers scuttled in Toulon 27.11.1942. Both were raised by Italians. Only FR21 was commissioned by Italian Navy. Unoperable FR24 was captured by Germans but never repaired.
Modernizations: None.
Naval service: FR21 was scuttled by own crew 9.9.1943 at La Spezia to avoid capture.
