Project history: Last series of British-origin "destroyers" successors, in essence large torpedo boats.

Modernizations: None.

Naval service: Garibaldino was lost 16.7.1918 as a result of collision with British destroyer Cygnet. All were reclassified as torpedo boats in July 1921.
