Project history: Medium landing ships of Soviet project 773K (designed specially for Iraqi navy).
Modernizations: None.
Naval service: Janada was sunk by Harpoon missiles from Iranian aircraft in November 1980. Atika and Nouh were sunk by Allied aircraft in 1991. Ganda defected to Iran in time of Allied aggression.
