Project history: HSEC Predator class. First vessels of newly formed Iraqi Coastal Defence Force, later again Iraqi Navy. They were originally to have arrived in 2002 under the oil-for-food program but were not allowed to enter the country due to their military abilities. Boats were transferred only 4.5.2004 when Saddam Hussein was killed.
