Project history: Italian Albatros class corvettes with diesel engines. Such ships were built for Denmark, one for Netherlands and three for Italy. All sub-types varied in details. Indonesian ships were ordered together with fast frigates of Surapati class.

Modernizations: 1976-1977, both: - 2 x 1 - 76/62, 1 x 2 - 40/70; + 2 x 1 - 85/52 90K, 2 x 2 - 25/80 2M-3M, 2 x 2 - 14.5/93

Naval service: No significant events.
