Project history: Black Swan design to which the corrections considering experience of the first years of war are made: the hull breadth was increased for compensation of the increased weight of armament, engine power was increased for speed preservation. According to Admiralty decision every sixth sloop should have minelaying equipment.

1962, Kistna, late 1960s, Cauvery: - 1 x 2 - 102/45, 4 x 2 - 20/70, 6 DCT; + 2 x 1 - 40/60 Mk 7
