Project history: 12 boats were ordered, but only 11 were completed. Small boats, capable to carry mines, minesweeping equipment and to be used as tugs. Dimensions supposed transportation by automobile transport.

Modernizations: None.

Naval service: AM4, AM7, AM10, AM11 surrendered to American troops; AM8 and AM9 to Soviet troops 8.5.1945. AM3 in 1947 was again commissioned by Hungarian Danube flotilla, stricken in 1960s. AM1 after war was used mercantile, her hull was preserved till now.
