Project history: Nine Adjutant class minesweepers were built in USA for Greece under MDAP. In 1969 Greece received five sister-ships from Belgium. In 1995 two ships, converted to minehunters, were received from Italy. Ships, built for Greece, differed from former Belgian and Italian ships by enclosed bridge and large, prominent funnel.

Modernizations: None.

Naval service: No significant events.
