Project history: Ferry built for Soc. Nationale de Chemins de Fer, Dieppe. In June, 1940 she was captured on a slipway in Le Havre and completed as target vessel for submarines in 1943 as Lothringen. Since 24.4.1944 till 18.11.1944 she was converted to minelayer.

Modernizations: None.

Naval service: Lothringen operated in North and Baltic Seas, in 1945 she was returned to France and lost from a fire in 1966.
