Project history: Built by AG Vulcan, Stettin who had a good reputation for its torpedo-boats and destroyers for the export market, they were the first German destroyers to have a single gun in the centreline on the forecastle.

Naval service: V150 collided with V157 on Jade 18.5.1915. T151, T155, T156, T157 and T158 in 1936-1939 were converted to torpedo recovery vessels, TTs were thus removed and replaced by storage racks for 12 torpedoes. T156 in 1944 was renamed Bremse. T153 in 1938 was converted to rangefinder training ship Eduard Jungmann, armament was demounted and 6 rangefinder positions were arranged, in 1940 1 88mm/45 and 1-2 20mm guns were fitted. T155 was sunk 4.5.1945 by Soviet aircraft at Swinemünde. T156 (Bremse) was scuttled at Kiel 3.5.1945. T157 was lost 22.10.1943 on a mine at Hel peninsula. T158 on reparations was transferred to the USSR as Prozorlivy.
