Project history: Chinese destroyer, captured by Roger Keyes' boarding party in 1900, during the allied operations against the Taku forts, with her three sisters.
Modernizations: 1902: - 6 x 1 - 47/30; + 2 x 1 - 50/37 SK L/40 C/92
Naval service: Taku was stricken in cause of poor techical conditions (boilers were inoperable) and scuttled 28.9.1914 at Tsingtao.
