Project history: 1914 programme, design of M. Simonot. Originally they were intended to be equipped with 4000hp steam turbine machinery (20kts surface speed) but later design was altered and turbines were used for building of ASW avisos of Ailette class.
Modernizations: 1920s, both: CT was rebuilt.
Naval service: No significant events.
