Project history: Double-hulled submarines, projected by M. Hutter on the basis of Clorinde. Built under the 1912 program. After war they underwent major repair and reconstruction.

Modernizations: 1920s, all: diving time was reduced, new periscope was installed.

Naval service: No significant events.
