Project history: A Niki class of 4 destroyers was ordered simultaneously with order on 4 destroyers of Thyella class for Yarrow. As a whole both classes were identical, but German-built ships differed by three-funneled outline profile and lower cost (1,250,000 francs for all four ships instead of 1,325,000). In 1916 all four of class were captured by French troops and till the end of First World War served under French flag.

Modernizations: None.

Naval service: Doxa was sunk off Milos 27.6.1917 by German submarine UB47.
