Project history: Built for Thales as a sales demonstrator for weapons systems. Taken over for the French Navy, which operated her from 1990 to 1993, when she was placed in reserve until acquired by the Affaires Maritimes in 1996. Medical facilities and two RIB inspection launches have been added. Has Vosper fin stabilizers. Propulsion plant is highly automated. Maritime Police.

Naval service: No significant events.
