Naval service: Bucentaure was captured by British 21.10.1805 at the Battle of Trafalgar, retaken by her crew next day while drifting in the storm but wrecked later that day off entrance to Cadiz. Neptune took refuge at Cadiz after Trafalgar and surrendered to Spanish insurgents 14.6.1808, became Spanish Neptuno. Robuste grounded near Sète 26.10.1809 while being chased by the British ships and was fired to avoid capture. Ville de Varsovie grounded in the attack by British fireships at Île d'Aix at night 12-13.4.1809, captured and fired by British. Friedland and Tilsitt were allocated to Allies after the war 1.8.1814 and became Dutch Vlaming and Neptunus. Illustre was allocated to France in the division of the Scheldt squadron but delivered to Allies in place of Auguste and became Dutch Prins van Oranje.
