Project history: In April, 1944 the agreement with Germany about transfer in late August of the same year of four MTBs (S62, 64, 99 and 117) has been reached, but Soviet-Finnish armistice 4.9.1944 has hindered it.
Ship protection: S117 had armoured CT and bridge.
