Project history:
River-type frigate, acquired from Canada in 1946 and converted to
presidential yacht with extra accommodation and deck-houses built up in place of
some armament.
Modernizations: 1960s: - 1 x 1 - 40/60, 4 x 1 - 20/70
(but they were fitted again)
1980s: - old radar; + SPS-64 radar
Naval service: Ship served also as flagship of Dominican Navy.
