Project history: Yugoslavian design, M-100D type. Fitted with exit/re-entry chambers for swimmers. Designed to defend approaches to small shallow waters harbours. Soča was captured in 1991 during breakup of Yugoslavia. Building yard at Split added a section incorporating a generator set. Modified submarine was relaunched in September 1993.
