Project history: Former German river gunboat Otter built in 1910 and based at Nanking before WWI. She was requisitioned by China 20.3.1917 and renamed Li Tsi.
Modernizations: None.
Naval service: Li Tsi was transferred to Sungari and sunk 12.10.1929 by Soviet monitor Sverdlov during conflict on Chinese Eastern Railway.
