Project history: Former Portuguese gunboat Patria (originally rated as cruiser). She was bought for Canton squadron at Macao in 1931 after an exception of Portuguese Navy.

Modernizations: None.

Naval service: In the late September, 1937 she was sunk by aircraft from Japanese carriers Ryujo and Hosho at Canton (Guangzhou).
