Project history: Patrols and survey vessels, development of Chen Sheng. In 1938 they were also used as minelayers.

Modernizations: 1938, all: + mines.

Naval service: Kung Sheng in October, 1938 was sunk by Japanese aircraft at Canton (Guangzhou). Yi Sheng, Jen Sheng and Yung Sheng 11.11.1938 were sunk by Japanese aircraft on Yangtze off Yueyang.
