Project history: Fu Po was transferred to China by Royal Navy, three other ships were Flower class corvettes, sold for mercantile service and later rearmed by PRC. Also they received Soviet weapons.

Modernizations: None.

Naval service: Fu Po collided with s/s Hai Ming 19.3.1947 in Formosa Strait and sank. Kaifeng was converted to survey vessel in 1974-1975, disarmed and served in this role till 1989. One more ship, ex-Maw Hwa, may also been rearmed, but if so she was no longer in service by the mid-1950s.
