Project history: Standard torpedo boats of 38m type. Drzki, Khrabri and Strogi in the late 1919 were repaired with removing of TTs (on peace treaty conditions; actually since 1925 TTs were secretly temporarily installed on ships for exercises) and installation of minesweeping equipment. In the winter 1923-1924 also Smeli was commissioned again with the same armament.

Modernizations: late 1919, Druzki, Khrabri, Strogi; 1924, Smeli: - 1 - 450 TT, 1 x 2 - 450 TT; + mechanical minesweeping gear

1934, all survived: - 2 x 1 - 47/50; + 2 x 1 - 37/80 SK C/30, 1 x 2 - 450 TT

Naval service: Shumni was lost on Russian mine 11.9.1916 off Varna, Letyashchi already after an armistice wrecked on rocks 28.11.1918. Druzki 15.10.1942 was sunk at Varna as a result of internal explosion, but salvaged and in 1945 commissioned again. Smeli 19.5.1943 capsized during a storm between Varna and Burgas and was lost. Druzki, Khrabri and Strogi 9.9.1944 were captured at Varna by Soviet troops, thus last two boats were commissioned by Soviet Navy as TSs Ingul and Vychegda. All three were returned to Bulgaria in July, 1945. Druzki is stored todayas a monument in Varna.
