Modernizations: 1980, Oxley; 1981, Otway; 1982, Ovens; 1983, Orion; 1984, Onslow; 1985, Otama: - 2 - 533 TT (aft), type 187C, type 197 sonars; armament consisted of 6 - 533 TT (20 UGM-84 Sub-Harpoon SSM and Mk 48 torpedoes); + CSU3-41 sonar
