Project history: Acquired in August 1990 from Maritime Pvt., Singapore, for use as COOP minehunters and as tugs to handle visiting foreign warships at Sydney. Arrived in Australia in September 1990 and completed conversion mid-1991. Originally had 30t bollard pull, but the towing capability was removed as part of the COOP conversion.

Naval service: No significant events.
